Which platforms do you play on and an important question I want to ask is whether you have anything plugged into the console, such as an external hard drive, controller charging dock, or any other device.
Have you all tried anything to fix it from your end so far, like re-installing the game?
We'll help troubleshoot this with you to find out what's causing it to happen. We're not aware of any impact to a widespread amount of players, so I'm confident this can be fixed through hardware troubleshooting.
My face of the franchise deletes every time. I get done playing it at night, I wake up and try playing it and my player is deleted. This is happening to everyone I know, y’all need to fix this
