Madden 21 face of franchise deleting

Community ManagerThis is rough to hear, I'm sorry it's repeatedly starting over for you all.
Which platforms do you play on and an important question I want to ask is whether you have anything plugged into the console, such as an external hard drive, controller charging dock, or any other device.
Have you all tried anything to fix it from your end so far, like re-installing the game?
We'll help troubleshoot this with you to find out what's causing it to happen. We're not aware of any impact to a widespread amount of players, so I'm confident this can be fixed through hardware troubleshooting.

I've done this on both current gen and next gen its deleted my Face of the Franchise 3 times in total

Hey there, I was out for several weeks and apologize for the delayed response but wanted to see if we can get to the bottom of this.
Are you switching to classic franchise and making any adjustments to your console's privacy settings prior to this happening?This is happening to me to. I am playing on ps4. I downloaded the game via ea access. I was looking forwards to paying this however I am frustrated as every time I switch face of franchise mode to classic it deletes the save. Then I have to start over. I tried to manually save, however pressing the touch pad does not bring up the save menu. EA needs to fix this asap as it's un-playable and frustrating as hell. I do not change any settings on the console or game. Hope this helps.
