Madden 21 face of franchise deleting

This is the third time I play face of the franchise all over again ... I can’t even get past the third game in year 2 why is this happening it’s getting annoying because you can’t even change your sk...

Hey there, I was out for several weeks and apologize for the delayed response but wanted to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

Are you switching to classic franchise and making any adjustments to your console's privacy settings prior to this happening?

This is happening to me to. I am playing on ps4. I downloaded the game via ea access. I was looking forwards to paying this however I am frustrated as every time I switch face of franchise mode to classic it deletes the save. Then I have to start over. I tried to manually save, however pressing the touch pad does not bring up the save menu.  EA needs to fix this asap as it's un-playable and frustrating as hell. I do not change any settings on the console or game. Hope this helps.

    @Paramore89 did you also have a look at the Franchise tab already (after switching it to classic franchise)? I've read that after converting to classic franchise the save should be found there (but I did not try it myself).

      I'm having the same problem any time I leave the game mode, switch to classic, or close the game.

        Hey, all.

        If you switched your Franchise to Classic and lost the save please provide me your PSN ID/Gamertag/Origin ID so I can forward this to the team so they are aware of it's impact. I cannot guarantee they will be able to recover a save file, but knowing how much time and effort goes into a Franchise it's upsetting to hear they can be lost when switching to Classic.
