Madden 21 franchise create a player wont lock as player
For madden 21 franchise mode why can't I play as just my create a player? In madden 20 you would only play as your created player.

What option did you select when you created your Franchise? Player, Coach, or Owner?
- @EA_Blueberry I am having the same exact problem as him. I chose a run support ss and I just want to control my player but it gives me the option to control the entire team, offense or defense. Its rather annoying
Same, You would think that when you do player franchise they would lock you on your player. If we wanted to control the entire team we would play as a coach....

Push in the LS twice after you highlight your player and it will lock.
How do you play as a outside linebacker when you choose player I want to play as a SUBLB but as a Outside Linebacker and play as the player.
This is going on right now for me as well. Full control is turned off but I still control everyone on the field.
Yeah, this is ridiculous. I have full on-field control turned off when I go to play a game I get to play as my player. However, I’ll maybe play like 10 plays and then check the game stats and see that my player had 15 or more tackles. Clearly I was on the field for more than 10 plays.
