@Drizzt9922 I have to agree that unfortunately it doesn't make a good picture that no better solution has been found here yet. it sounds a bit like: "if you live in the countryside, you don't get anything at all, because there are just too few people living there."

I'd guess that it is not the best solution to define short time windows in which everything is decided. Why not take a whole day? The result could also be announced afterwards, so that those who register last because of their time zone are not disadvantaged.
