Community ManagerI was signed on prior to 7pm in anticipation of the program's launch. I saw where EA tweeted that it was LIVE (at 7pm ET), but did not receive anything in game. I restarted by Xbox multiple times after 7pm and still, received nothing. At about 7:30pm I quit trying and realized there was likely another server error or some sort of technical difficulty. I left my Xbox logged into MUT and left to take care of other responsibilities. When I returned later, there were no unopened packs waiting for me nor were there any new items in my binder.
My main issue is that we were told to log-in between 7pm and 9pm(ET) to receive 3x Golden Opportunity packs. I arranged my schedule to ensure I would be able to adhere to that policy... yet I did not receive the Opportunity packs that we were told we would receive. I think more transparency and clarity would go a long way. I will not go out of my way for limited time events like this in the future, as I cannot trust EA to deliver.

From the limited amount of reports we were able to gather that reported similar circumstances it appears everyone was logged into the game prior to the promotion starting (which is understandable because of the hype around this). The packs were sent out around 30 minutes after the promotion kicked off. Did anyone here restart their game or console? My concern is that step wasn't attempted so the store/pack section was never refreshed due to old caching.
Our Support team can pull up your account to verify when you logged in and re-logged in. There are no plans for replacement packs for these reports but I do encourage you to contact our Support to get a case logged in for your account based off this experience to have on record. It's disappointing for myself to hear some of you were having trouble participating in this event and I hope this information helps avoid it from occurring again on the next round.

I did try restarting, the game and console after midnight hit here.
Unfortunately I'm probably not going to try to follow up on this program, since the next time is at 2am, and evidently I can't trust it to work unless I stay online from 2-4 am.
I know this is not something you have any control over, so thanks for your help.
Just in case this happens again @EA_Blueberry, this is the response I got from support:
"Thanks for waiting. As we can check the promotion is completely automated, so we are unable to check the login times or 3x Golden Opportunities details in our system."
So you're not exactly right they can check what time I was in.
I went through the chat support, but I don't have a twitter unfortunately. TBH the odds were so low it's not worth it to me. I am frankly giving up on Madden and EA in general.
I was logged in prior to the event, but I exited stadia completely and relaunched the game twice (once around 7:45 I think and another time sometime between 8 and 9) and I left MUT to the main madden menu and returned a dozen other times over that window. I tried doing other ingame actions, I played a challenge, I bought a Get a Gold pack, to see if it would cause them to appear and it didn't.
Around 8:15 I played a H2H match with someone and afterwards I was chatting with them and asked them if they'd gotten theirs and they said no. I checked reddit and someone on a thread there said they play on stadia and they hadn't gotten theirs. I knew that there was a discord for madden on stadia so I found the link and went there and saw the people there were all saying they hadn't gotten it. So I made a post on forums.ea.com (but nobody responded there) and I tried to chat with customer support (but I got sent to a spinning wheel and a chat window never opened).
It's obvious that you all forgot to add them to Stadia.
I've wondered before if this happens. For example, a couple weeks ago Brian Poole and Ryan Kelly were LTDs. I spent tons of training and coins on trying to pull Poole, enough that I pulled 2 Ryan Kelly cards. I also saw a couple Kelly cards appear on the Auction House. But not a single Brian Poole card ever even went up on the Auction house. At the time, I figured it was just random chance + a relatively low number of opportunities, but this incident with the golden tickets has given more weight to the possibility that someone over there just overlooks stadia sometimes.
