Purchased Madden 21 for Xbox One in August. Just upgraded to Xbox Series S. Where do I get the code and validation to play digital on Xbox Series S

Congrats on getting a new Xbox, they've been hard to get their hands on. To get your upgraded version please contact our Support team so they can help you get started with the upgraded version.

I am having issues with Madden 21 booting up. I bought the game from BestBuy a few days ago for my Xbox series X. When I inserted the disc it started to install instantly.
After install I click on the Series X Madden game tab and it sent me to the game store. I am able to play the Xbox one version but not the series X version.
I wasn't sure if this was an Xbox issue or an EA issue.

- EA_Blueberry@edz2891 No worries. We announced the details on Next-Gen today so it's understandable how players will be excited about it thinking it's today.
