Summarize your bug It happens when you first download the game and you usually wait for a little while for the full game to download and you have the option to play a play now game between the ravens and chiefs. My Madden 21 game gets stuck on 54% every time i try to install my game. I tried multiple times and the farthest it goes is 54% every time. A fox or any help in general would be appreciated.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess you’d have to delete your game and try to download it again.
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s normal all the way up until you get to the screen where it says your full game is downloading. then you might be stuck forever to be honest.
What do you expect to see? i don’t know

- @Madden__brady13 did you already try to delete the game completely before starting the download again? Maybe restarting your internet equipment and console before restarting the download might be helpful too.
my suggestion is similar to "clearing the cache" (see here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/).
