Madden 21 online 32 teams franchise stuck on loading screen when starting game

Madden 21 franchise mode with 32 separate people online, my Xbox one will not load the game It just sits on the loading screen when I go to start a game or practice. It's only doing it on this franch...

Can we try out with some troubleshooting to see if we can help out with the issues you've been having with that Franchise? I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having the same issues after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.

    It looks like this issue should have been fixed in a recent update. Are you still having any trouble with this?

        @metro369 

        Thanks for following up. I'm sorry to hear this is still giving you trouble. Considering that it's only happening with you and not other people in your League, I have to wonder if this is something localized on your system. 

        Do you have Madden NFL 21 installed on an external hard drive or is it installed on the drive that's built into your Xbox?
