Madden 21 Point Card
I bought a few cards from our local store. says go to xbox.codetocontent.com and enter information. I have tried multiple times and get the same pop up response.
"sorry there was a problem adding this code".
The have tried contacting the site for 2 days now with no response!
Someone please help!

I'm afraid that code issues are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already I'd recommend getting in touch with the retailer where you purchased the code to see if there's any way they can offer a replacement. If the code is invalid or used, they should be able to help you with an exchange.
