Madden 21 Stutter/lag issue

Summarize your bug Game continues to not load any games. Just stays on screen with timer claiming to find an opponent. Freezes loading up a game when it finally does. Does the same thing in solo battles when picking/running a play. Kinda ridiculous that this happening a month after release. It’s actually gotten worse after the updates. Paid $100 to preorder this crap. Would like my money back since the EA team can’t seem to put out a decent game anymore smh

What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes or lags
What do you expect to see? Smooth game play at full frames not consistent glitching in every aspect

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk but it needs fixed ASAP because I have lost games and missed field goals and passes because of it

This needs fixed because it’s happening too everyone if you look it up. You lag for 2-3 seconds every couple minutes in franchise offline and online mode, MUT etc. people have lost games, missed fields goals and passes because of it!!!

Summarize your bug Lagging is terrible and when you lag sometimes you lose ability to control the game. If you lag while choosing a play you are not able to call the play or timeout and delay clock running down is the only option. Season games don't load often. Lags mainly occur on offense and while kicking.

When the game lags while choosing a play or mid play you are not able to push or control anything anymore until play clock or play is over.

The samething has happen to me.  Franchise play game lagging real bad.    Why don’t you all focus on franchise play like you all do MUT doesnt make any since there’s been like 3-5 patch updates and this lag issue is horrible.   

Yes experiencing the same on XBOX.

Kicking is usually the main culprit (which makes extra points super bad).
