madden 21 trial error

Summarize your bug I went to play madden and it says ea trial when i loaded it, after i already have the game purchased. Now I cant play the game at all waste of money.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was looking through the xbox store while madden was open.
What happens when the bug occurs? says ea trial
What do you expect to see? Not the ea trial scene where there is no options

  • It’s says thank you for trying out madden 21,your trial has expired please purchase the game to continue playing.But I have the disc in my xbox

  • any fix for this i’m having same problem even bought the game because i had money on xbox and it was on sale and it still doesn’t work

    We're aware that some players are having issues accessing Madden NFL 21 on Xbox Series X or S. We are currently investigating and will keep you up to date with info here on the forums and Twitter at EA Help.

    If you are receiving the error "Thank you for trying out Madden NFL 21. Your trial has expired. Please purchase the game to continue playing." this is the current workaround fix:

    Install the Gen4 version of the game under My Games & Apps. The Xbox One Series X & S allows you to install both the Gen5 and Gen4 versions of the game.

    Thank you. I tried other answers such as changing the Home profile, restarting the Xbox and changing Home profile back to Home along with uninstalling Madden 21, restarting the Xbox Series S and then reinstalling (and several other workarounds) but still keep getting the error message. 

    Fortunately the game is still playable by clicking "Upgrade" option and then selecting "Get". After it comes back with the message that I already own the full version it then takes me to the main menu and I can play it.

    Looks like several people on Twitter are having the same issue.  Right now it still appears playable and is limited to just the Trial message at load up.
