Madden 21 Won't Connect to EA Servers

Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Madden 21 Won't Connect to EA Servers. No matter what mode I choose, or if I use my PS4 or PS5, I get the error that I cannot connect to EA Servers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch Madden 21 Press any button to start Once this loads, try to launch any game mode. Note the error: Cannot Connect to EA Servers

What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play Madden 21 in any capacity.

Hi.

This happens on both my PS4 and my PS5. I am not sure what is happening here. I cannot play Madden 21 at all.

    @Rjmrock 

    Thanks for trying. Let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. Try the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

    Hi there, @Rjmrock.

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Hi.

    I've done all of this many times and just re did this now. Still not working.

    Also, I've deleted and reinstalled on both PS4 and PS5. Why is this still happening?!

    Are you playing on a console? If so, do you have anything plugged into the USB ports? If you do, try unplugging them and hard restart your console. Then, try again and let me know what happens. Thank you.
