Madden 21 xbox series x crashing

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug Everytime i try to play any game option from exhibition to franchise to KO, the game freezes after the teams are picked and before it takes you to the stadium. It throws me back to xbox home page. Tried uninstalling, deleting saved data and hard copy and digital. How can this be fixed??!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens after teams selected but before game starts
What happens when the bug occurs? Taken to xbox home page
What do you expect to see? Play game

    @EA_Blueberry As I see it. I have 2 different Xbox accounts. The one I used for EA was linked to the account that I no longer have an email for. But when I logged onto that EA account it asked me for authorization of terms of agreement and once I did that the game started working again. I will also tell you that I found out the game worked offline before of this most recent fix. Hope that helps

    I have the exact same problem with both madden 21 and 22. Madden 21 used to work perfectly, 22 worked for about 3 days after purchase before doing this and now both games won’t work.

    Spoke with an EA tech who the first time said it wasn’t their problem and to contact Microsoft and the second time they said it’s a known issue and are looking into it, however considering there is no official mention of this from EA anywhere I’m calling BS simply to get me to leave them alone.

    FYI, I have tried literally everything including resetting my console to factory default and nothing work. Microsoft have also advised me that the issue lies with EA.

    Are you still experiencing this crashing? We've seen similar reports for Madden NFL 22. We're looking to gather some more information for the teams and see what we can do to help get you into the game.

    I am having same problem I downloaded madden nfl 22 and started game and it crashes when I get to the ea logo on load up it asks me to accept terms I accept then ea logo comes up and it goes to dashboard .

    When you visit profile.ea.com does the region and language on there match where you live or where the EA account was created? 

    If so, can you try resetting your password at EA.COM and let me know if that helps?

    @EA_Blueberry I am having trouble with this for Madden 21 on my Xbox seies x. It will not go to game after picking exhibition or franchise or anything for that matter

    I'll see what I can do. What is your Gamertag and what exactly happens when you try to play. Do you get an error message?

    @EA_Blueberry my gamertag is PerplexedEagle2. I load the game and select Franchise Mode and my list of saved Franchises comes up. I select a saved franchise and then after about 20 seconds it boots me back to startup screen. So I tried to just play an exhibition and a superstar Ko and after I selected my different options the game wouldnt go to the stadium...it boots me back to the startup screen
