Summarize your bug When my team has a playoff game in a Northern city (any city that regularly records snow yearly), weather conditions are inevitably a playoff blizzard. This has occurred in years 2 through 4 of my franchise so far, which are the years that I've been in playoffs. This causes a large drop in various player attributes, making gameplay much less fun.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a franchise and make playoffs; play the game in a city that regularly records snow
What happens when the bug occurs? Snow causes a large drop in various player attributes, making gameplay much less fun.
What do you expect to see? For blizzards to almost never occur; should happen to a given player maybe 1 time over a ten-year period in Franchise mode. Very few blizzards occur yearly in the US so the probability of one occurring in a given city on a gameday is zero
