Summarize your bug If coaches get fired, they are unable to re-enter the league. Error message: Our servers cannot process your request at this time. (Unable to get back into the league even after troubleshooting) The team they were coaching displays as “available”. But when I try to send their gamertag an invite to the league, it says “this gamertag is already a member of the league”. This results in users having to create another Xbox live account to join the league. Not to mention coach firing us OFF. We are in the month of February and this hasn’t been addressed. This is by far the most ridiculous bug I’ve ever seen. I work in I.T. myself and we fix problems as they arise. Please make this a priority to fix this issue as I run a 32 man league. This issue needs to be looked at as a Sev1 case as this is ruining the franchise experience. We pay a lot of money for this game . In addition I buy 6 extra copies as prizes for users in my league every year. This makes you not even want to play the game. Please get on top of this as I’ve done all the necessary troubleshooting steps to fix this. There is likely something wrong with the coding that needs to be reviewed.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Joining the league as a coach then get fired. or Try to retire your character and join a new team.
What happens when the bug occurs? Users are getting an error message that says. “Our servers cannot process your request at this time” Then returns us to the main menu.
