Madden 22 ea servers problem

I’ve had the new madden since the day it launched and I’ve been having the same problem since I got the game. It says that I’m connected to ea servers on the home screen but if I try to download community files or try to play a friend it says I’m no longer connected to the servers. I figured that this was just a launch problem at first and that it would get fixed later on but the problem is still happening. Last night I reached my last straw when I made an online franchise with my friends and cannot even play against the cpu or practice while they can. So far I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the game to restarting my router, I even changed my dns on my Xbox to the one recommended for a similar problem someone was having but nothing has worked so far. If anyone can help please do I just want to be able to enjoy the game to its fullest.

    This might be due to having more than one persona of the same platform on your account. 

    If you sign into Profile.ea.com and see more than 1 PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag under your Connected accounts, please contact our Support team so they can help assist in removing one of them from your account. After doing so, please re-link the Gamertag/PSN ID you removed to a new EA account. We've seen this result in controllers not being able to function during team selection. This shouldn't be an issue for accounts going forward, however in the past some accounts were able to get two personas of the same platform on it which might be leading to some in-game issues.

    Removing a persona can result in a loss of data. Please read this article below for all stipulations:

  • I went into my connected accounts and it says that I don’t have any connected accounts, what should I do from here?

    Try logging out of the website and log into Help.EA.com using the Microsoft or PlayStation option. Then visit profile.ea.com. You should be able to see the connected accounts you have because you're logging in directly with the email address you use for your Microsoft or PlayStation network, therefor your Gamertag/PSN ID should be attached.

    If you are still having trouble locating the account with your Gamertag/PSN ID, please contact our Support teams below so they can verify account ownership and assist you with account recovery.

    I just bought the game and I only have one link to my account which is to my ps4. I’m trying to connect my ea account to madden. When I’m on madden it says, press r2 to sign in to ea. From there I am stuck in a loading screen and nothing appears to happen. My internet is fine. I’ve tried redownloading the game, closing app and restarting my ps4 and the same issue is occurring. 

  • I be playing madden for years and all i wanted to do was continue playing online but the EA Server Is Down And ion what to do all I can play is computer and I don’t want to play that just straight playing online against anybody around the world.. but I think the server is down because of Mut on madden I think. But it’s not working on mines whatsoever all I want is to play my game and I need a miracle bc a lot of people wants the opportunity to play me I’m looking forward to playing them.

  • Don't waste time with support that don't know how to fix anything they blame everything and anything else to not have to deal with you spent hundreds of dollars and can't even play a MUT challenge game for the past 2 months my last Madden period wish some other company made NFL games come on 2k kill another dieing franchise from ea

    Did you ever remove any PSN IDs or Xbox Gamertags from your account in the past? If so, log into an EA game with them to prompt account creation. That will link the PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag to a new EA account. Once that is done, your primary account should avoid the error you're getting. There are accounts that unfortunately had more than one PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag linked to them and even when the IDs are removed, they must be synced to a new account to fully resolve this.

    If you're not sure what IDs you removed we recommend contacting our Support team to inquire that way you can log into those account(s). We apologize you have to experience this for our games and if you have any questions for me let me know.

    You're a genius. I've been having this problem and searching for a solution for hours and this worked.
