Madden 22 ea servers problem
I’ve had the new madden since the day it launched and I’ve been having the same problem since I got the game. It says that I’m connected to ea servers on the home screen but if I try to download community files or try to play a friend it says I’m no longer connected to the servers. I figured that this was just a launch problem at first and that it would get fixed later on but the problem is still happening. Last night I reached my last straw when I made an online franchise with my friends and cannot even play against the cpu or practice while they can. So far I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the game to restarting my router, I even changed my dns on my Xbox to the one recommended for a similar problem someone was having but nothing has worked so far. If anyone can help please do I just want to be able to enjoy the game to its fullest.

This might be due to having more than one persona of the same platform on your account.
If you sign into Profile.ea.com and see more than 1 PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag under your Connected accounts, please contact our Support team so they can help assist in removing one of them from your account. After doing so, please re-link the Gamertag/PSN ID you removed to a new EA account. We've seen this result in controllers not being able to function during team selection. This shouldn't be an issue for accounts going forward, however in the past some accounts were able to get two personas of the same platform on it which might be leading to some in-game issues.Removing a persona can result in a loss of data.
