Madden 22 Offline Franchise save not loading.

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Xbox Series S
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox Series S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? CertifiedLee#693
Date/time issue occurred Monday or Tuesday sometime after 2:20 PM ET
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? GGGGG, Autosave, GGGGG Autosave.
Summarize your bug When I click on my franchise saves to go into the game, they don't load and just take me back to the franchise menu. I cannot load into the franchise at all, and it's really frustrating because there was an apparent fix for this, but it just isn't working for me. I have spent hours on this franchise, and it's very disappointing this hasn't been fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I found the bug when I tried to load into my franchise and it would just send me back to the franchise menu. So that's how I assume you would find it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get sent back to the franchise menu.
What do you expect to see? The franchise loading screen that usually takes you in, but after the loading screen is done it just sends you back to the franchise menu where you click a save to go in a franchise.

    This is.a follow up...You guys are supposed to have 24/7 support and still haven't helped me out. I really, really, really, need help with this. @EA_Blueberry

    The team is aware of that issue and continuing to investigate. We do not have any updates on it at this time, unfortunately. Thank you for raising this issue to us on the forums. There currently aren't any workaround fixes, if you're able to post your details in that thread and reference anything you did via in-game before the save became inaccessible or anything you changed on our console that can help the team provide a potential fix in the future.

    Hey @EA_Blueberry thanks for the reply. Didn't know, I'll probably try live chat, but anyway thank you again. If I can remember correctly, I was playing a franchise match, and when it ended it backed me out of franchise mode. And when I tried to load back, I couldn't as I stated previously. The only thing I can remember changing before that was editing some stats and changing x-factors. But I don't think that would cause something like this. Anyways, I hope this can get fixed as soon as possible, as I was having a great game and I poured a ton of hours into that franchise. Thanks again Mr. Blueberry!

    No problem. We've seen reports of franchises not being accessible and it can be very unfortunate because our Support team does not have any tools in their belt to fix this. It's an issue that needs to be addressed by the Madden team through an update.

    Do you know if you were upgrading a player from Superstar to X-Factor? There's a similar bug where players are experiencing freezes when they encounter a breakout scenario.

    No I wasn't, I'm 100% sure that I wasn't upgrading the player from superstar to x-factor. I was just changing his abilities. Also, I don't know if this'll help or not, but I made a new franchise as a test to see if that would work and I simulated a few weeks and it never crashed or backed me out. And then I tried to load that other franchise with the bug, and the same issue was still occurring. So it seems as if it's only that specific franchise for me. I also tried deleting one of the autosave files to see if that would affect the other ones at all, but it didn't. So I don't know if that helps or not, but yeah. @EA_Blueberry

    I have the same issue. first madden game I bought in 6 years. I want my money back. there's no fix for this so the hours I spent on my franchise was wasted. should have learned my lesson with EA after Sim city....yet yall roped me in again. I would have don't my franchise online but the small bugs,glitches in that were so annoying...
