Madden 22 PC crash after loading frachise mode save

Date/time issue occurred everytime since april 3rd
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Offline
What is your Franchise League Name? Offline franchise
Summarize your bug Im playing franchise mode offline with the LA Rams, and every game at the post game player upgrades, my background screen would go black and no graphics would render, only texts, in white. If I tried to upgrade any player that way, my game would freeze and I'd had to alt+f4 then restart. Fast forwarding to week 5 of my first season. Everytime I'd load my save, graphics would be all black, and again, only text in my screen. If I tried to load my next game, my screen would get black 2/3 seconds after loading was finished. And after maybe 5 or 10 seconds of black screen, the game would crash and close by itself.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen, no rendered graphics, then crash and return to desktop
What do you expect to see? normal gameplay (as it does when I load a normal exhibition game, for example)

    I recommend downloading GeForce Experience to make sure you have the latest driver for your Nvidia card. It's possible the PC is launching the game with the Intel chip, so make sure you set your NVIDIA settings to launch the game with that card.

    Please check to see if you have any Windows Updates that need to be installed.

    I already did these tasks and problem stays the same.
    Only happens in the franchise mode save, I can play exhibition normally

    Yes I do (on E, actually), I can't install it on C as it is a 120gb SSD and has no space for a 45gb game

    I have to add that I played the game normally for about a week, with no game breaking issues as this one.

    Is the EA Play app also on the same drive and all the save files being saved to the same drive? I've had some players report crashing on the D drive but once uninstalling and reinstalling on the C drive the issue was resolved.

    I'm not sure. I'll check that later. But what do you suggest, that I put EA app and my saves also on E? Or that I keep all of them in C.

    Because I might be able to put EA app on C, as it uses way less HD space than madden. And my saves are probably going to C by default, can I change that?

    If it is only crashing when you are loading Franchise mode saves it feels like if the app, title, and potentially saves are all located in different folders this is leading to a performance issue. If possible, I would put it all on C if you can as that has helped avoid crashes for other PC players.

    As I said, it'll not be possible for me to install the game on the C drive. Is there a way for me to change the default save location? I don't know how to do that

    I'm referring to the saves location (my franchise save file). By default they are saved in "C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Madden NFL 22\Saves"

    Can I change that?
