Madden 22 xbox s - not signing me into my account, not able to play or save

Date/time issue occurred 9/15/2 And on going

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug So i'm not sure how you'll find this bug as i believe it has to do with internet. i have called xbox support and they have opened every port on my modem/router that is allowed for madden nfl 22. the problem that is happening is that, when you first load the game, everything will load fine in the main menu, but on the left hand side of my monitor there is an image that ask (who are you) in this image, is my user id or gamer tag. below that you have the option to add a guest or add a new id, when i click on my user id/gamer tag, it acts like its loading into a game, but instead brings you back to the main menu of madden nfl 22. Which mode has this happened in? ⭐ <---- i left this selection blank because it is having in all modes, since ea is requiring to have a constant online connection, which i have, there server is just not responding to it. i can not do anything but go into practice mode, PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM! i have literally called over a week with no help!

What do you expect to see? i expect to see for example, if i hit ultimate team mode it should load that game mode, or if i load franchise mode, i should be able to play not be brought back to the main title screen of the game.

    Hey, @stormwarningz 

    Let's see what we can do to get you logged into the game.

    First, have you tried power cycling your console, network, and cleared the MAC Address? 

    This also might be random but I have to ask as I've seen it happen for UFC 4 where players can't login. Do you use a custom Gamertag profile picture you've uploaded from a device? Or are you using a standard Microsoft Xbox Default picture?

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Clear Mac Address

    1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

    Clear the saved game data:

    1. Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
    2. Select Storage, then select System Storage.
    3. Select Saved Data.
    4. Choose a game to access the game's saved data.
    5. Press the Options button and select Delete.

    @EA_Blueberry all the above questions i have done between ea reps and xbox customer support. to answer you own question about custom pictures? they were all default. i have returned this xbox today for a full refund.

    i have no other gaming hardware. thank you for replying, you can close this account and id if you like.
