Im pretty sure you guys can see that this issue did not start at 6:10pm. People like myself got on at 10:30 am and by 10:45 i lost 35 presents with no cards!!! We played countless hours and spent actual money. Make rights need to be givin to everyone who lost presents early on as well. If EA doesnt want to go back and check everyones gaming logs then they need to award every player a good amount of presents. Its not hard. Your gonna lose much more if this issue isnt fixed.

      Nothing special.. Got 33k training for whenever TVP comes back
