Madden 23 - 12/25 Present Packs Update

This is pathetic! I spent money on both the XL present bundles and you guys have a “glitch” that gave out the presents like candy on Halloween night! Now you want to reward the same players that made millions from opening 20+ XLs even more presents?  This is ridiculous! I contact customer service just asking for a simple refund but of course EA systems are down… “contact us again in 24 hours” It’s always a run around with this company. EA is a joke! I’m not spending any more money on their products and neither should you.
