Unless you have a free account or a buddy that isn't already in the league with you, you are probably stuck. If you do have one of those, you can invite the free/buddy account into the franchise and then fire another teams coordinator and hire them on the player team that needs them. Offline franchises, I think you are just stuck.
I just experienced the same thing, but it worked out! I know if you enjoy franchise mode, simulating an entire season may make your teeth cringe, but that’s what I had to do in year 2029. Coaches became available at the end of the season as expected and I was able to continue you on with the mode.
Trying to avoid that but is therw any other alternative or is that the only one.
Damn that’s the only fix? I’m stuck at the beginning of my 2028 season.
