I have Xbox. Sounds like a lot but it worked: So I was a coach when it happened. I went to staff management and looked at which team had a OC. Retired my coach and then chose “create new character”. Create either a Coach or GM and takeover the team I found. Fire their OC and then retire my character again. Then rejoin your team and that OC you fired should be available
Gotta love monopolies. These are basic bugs, and EA does.not.give.a.*. I've submitted on somewhere close to a dozen bugs, some of which carried over from Madden 22, and just are allowed to exist.
Pretty sad that we have to resort to these ridiculous workarounds and we just shrug and accept it.
This seems super risky. You can literally just join any team as a coach? What happens once you retire?
