Madden 23 - Franchise Mode - No Offensive Coordinators available

I had to fast forward to the next season. Then it generated new coordinators. 

Just an FYI, I tried deleting my D coordinator to see if I could hire him for the offense ( since all the coordinators have offensive and defensive information listed). 
Not only did in not work, I only got one choice for D coordinator. 
BTW, I was starting 2030 when the problem cropped up.
