Having the same issue on PS5. Cannot start the 2030 season without an OC. I'll be curious to know if this gets fixed or if it gets brushed under the rug. Has someone posted to their twitter yet? I'm sure there's thousands of people running into the same issue. Getting people not to buy Madden 24 might spark an interest in fixing this issue.

    I found a solution. 

    Fire your OC and DC Coordinators and rehire them should keep them from disappearing. So DO this EVERY STAFF SIGNING.
