I have been having the same problem on PS5. Worked for a little bit, but not really today.
The same thing is happening to me and my game won’t load past 75% it’s forever at the loading screen Xbox s/x
Since I have bought the game I cannot connect to the EA servers. It tells me I need to connect to the Xbox Network first (which is weird because other games work fine) I've tried plugging an Ethernet cable in and I still get the same message.

I'm having the same problem on PS4.
Hello, I had this same problem for M23 on Xbox One. Wired. M22 signs in fine, M23 allowed me to sign in last around 7pm CST 8/17. Currently the message appears on startup, all online features inaccessible
This is now mysteriously fixed!
Turn off account verification and it works

- Check for any updates to your console or Madden 23
- Restart your Modem/Router, and power your console wait for a minute then power back on
- Check your internet settings (found in your modem or router) for anything that may block on interfere with network traffic
- Update settings to get your consoles NAT Type on type 1 (Xbox, Playstation)
- Try a different network (Hotspot, ethernet, etc) and check if you can connect on a different network

This isn’t working for me. I’m on PS4.
Yupp cant connect to servers on my xbox series x either. Couldnt connect to the servers to gain access to the trial and now that I have the game it still wont let me connect... but my friend is able to connect... please ea do something.... hopefully they realize we spend money for a product( duh ).... this is bad business...

Same issue here. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I contacted ea sports and after about an hour long chat was basically told that it’s a problem on their end and to come back after “some time” and hopefully it will work. He said he was directed to not tell me how long “some time” is but said they now finally have their top team looking into the issue. We’ll see what happens.

It's really frustrating. Can't play the game. Same issues. Same message. I have try everything at this point. Reset my internet. Turn off and on everything.a Tryed on a different session.
I hope we will be compensated for this.
