madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

Hi @Kingslayer_6988, 

Have you tried resetting the password for your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes setting a new password can do the trick with issues like this. 

For more info on how you can reset it check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having trouble logging in after that.

I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I have reset my password, reset my router, reset my Playstation, deleted & uninstalled the application multiples times and have yet to access the EA servers.

        Hey EA... here's an idea... How about patching in a log in page inside Madden so that we can manually log into the EA servers with our credentials... I have never even been prompted to provide them, yet the game is telling me they are wrong... Nor are my PSN and EA accounts linked... Which is another impossibility to accomplish... SMDH.
