Since I have bought the game I cannot connect to the EA servers. It tells me I need to connect to the Xbox Network first (which is weird because other games work fine) I've tried plugging an Ethernet cable in and I still get the same message.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I did try and restart my router. Unfortunately it did not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game now I have no problem with connecting to the server. Thanks for the help

Edit: It looks like this issue has now been resolved. Try power cycling your equipment again and let me know if you can log in or not.
I'm having the same issue on PS5. I am wireless I have reset my password and I keep getting a message saying me credentials have expired.
