Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I have this problem on Xbox Series X, I reset my router already but Madden 23 would never connect to servers even on the trial. My Madden 22 works just fine so I'm not sure what the issue could be. My connection has always been wireless.
Mine is wired and same issue.
I’m Having This Problem Now. Just bought the game yesterday, was ably to play, now I can’t play and it’s saying something about the Ea Servers and not being able to sign in. Ugggh

This same issue just started for me today. Game worked fine since I bought it 10 days ago now I cannot get online (PS5). "Unknown login error occured" and "In order to access the online features for this title your account on Playstation Network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers."
Tried the hotspot trick, and every network/ account trouble shooting i can find, didn't work. Support told me to wait it out and check twitter for updates. I found this thread and I can't believe they haven't fixed this or officially acknowledge this while some people here have been having this problem for weeks!
Edit: Loaded up Madden 21, same message. Companion app cannot access servers either.
Still no luck for me. I am beginning to believe I will never get to play.
