madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still ...

So I bought this game on Xbox who would I have to contact for a refund Microsoft?

@smat76 if you bought the game in the xbox store i guess you have to make contact with microsoft, if you bought the game somewhere else then with these seller.
