When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.

When I open Madden 23, I am greeted by an error message stating "In order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation Network must be signed into the EA servers". If I try to access any online modes (MUT, Franchise, Face of the Franchise, Online H2H, The Yard, etc.) I am greeted by the same error message followed by a second error message stating "Unknown login error occurred". This issue has been persistent since the early access launched at midnight EST the other day, meaning I have not yet gotten to play this game that I paid $100 for online. I have tried resetting both my PS4 & router multiple times, I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling, I've tried changing my DNS settings, I've tried restoring my system to default settings, I've tried deleting my Madden 23 save data, I have tried everything I can think of and that the internet has told me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

keep getting an error stating that you need to be logged into your playstation network and ea account to access title info. worked earlier now is isnt working at all again on either system

I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I have reset my password, reset my router, reset my Playstation, deleted & uninstalled the application multiples times and have yet to access the EA servers.

It would be really nice to have someone from ea who is actually working on this problem explain the situation and give an estimate on when this will be resolved. The problem is clearly on their end and to have these moderators continue to say the same things over and over again about checking our internet connection, rebooting the console and modem, etc in every thread is getting really old and extremely frustrating. I understand things happen, but at least come on here, be up front, explain the situation, tell us what you’re doing to fix the problem, and how long it may take to fix it. I was stunned when I chatted with someone from ea last night and was told to come back in “some time” to see if it was fixed. What made it worse was then the guy says they’re been instructed by there higher ups to not tell us the problem or when it may be fixed. I’ve never seen customer service that’s this bad in my life. I asked for a refund and the response I got again was I understand you’re frustrated but come back in some time and hopefully it will be fixed. Ridiculous.

@abc443695688 Yes! It did mess up a couple of times but then I just restarted my WiFi and it worked.

No real updates other than it's being worked on. How much longer before this becomes a legal issue ?

It should already be a refund issue or a legal issue lol. It’s been too long for nothing as a make right or nothing saying if it’s getting fixed.

it is RIDICULOUS that it has taken this long for EA to fix an issue we are all having. it has been going on 8 days and i don’t think EA has any intention on fixing this issue on a sunday. they had an entire week, i get the game just came out but this isn’t fair to the people who spent money on the game. we deserve to play and there has been more than enough time

@EA_Aljo For 2 days been having the same problem! Can't connect to EA servers and I've reset my password over 10 times! It's a shame I spent money for something that I can't use!

@murphsk8ted believe it or not this is not fixed. got the game the day it came out have not bene able to connect one time. I have tried everything everybody suggested on here. No word from any of the EA guys on here to reassure anyone they were pretty active talking on here a few days ago so I would say not looking good
