Madden 23 - Progress from Playstation to Xbox

Reporting an EA account issue with game..I preordered madden on both my Xbox and and PS5..First issue is im still missing preorder content on the xbox but the bigger issues is When the game is played...

The progress I’m  referring to is in Mut and yes both accounts are linked to the same EA account
