Madden 23 - Redeemed Codes not giving points

I redeemed madden 23 codes for 12,000 points a total of 24000 points and i still have not received the points i made this redemption on the 16th and i am just getting thrown around by all of the companies involved in this. this is absolutely ridiculous. can someone actually help me or just going to be wasting more time?

    I'm really sorry, but we're not able to help with codes purchased from 3rd party retailers. You'll need to contact Target again to see if they can help with this.

    @EA_Aljo So basically one of the EA reps said that they are aware of this issue and that they don’t know exactly when this will be fixed but people that did purchase points thur a 3rd party company like bestbuy,target GameStop etc that they are try to all come together to fix the issue

    @EA_Aljo Thank you for the speedy response. I will once again resume talks with @EAHelp on Twitter to hopefully work towards a resolution. I’ve seen other posts about this very issue, mainly around the use of MUT points cards purchased through reputable dealers. I know I’m not alone, and I hope there is a mass fix for this soon.

    I have just found out this is an issue we're currently investigating. We're working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    @arcsyndrome They told me to be patient after six days of waiting and after waiting they told me this is something they could not fix.

    This happened to me 3 days ago with 24,000 points I got from target, Today they came through randomly so just be patient is all I can say it sucks but EA needs to get there stuff together and There customer service is no help at all and will tell you nothing they can do.
