Got banned 2 weeks ago as well. got an email saying my appeals have been declined (even though my initial cases are still processing and update a few times a day? The process doesnt even make sense) and that they cant give me info why other than "TOS broke you did a bad" I never "match-cheated" nor do I have any idea how to match cheat nor really what that even consists of besides desyncing? But the 300-900 W/L accounts on leaderboards tell me that's not being cracked down on anyways. I did solos, did comp/field pass objectives through solo battles/squads mostly. This is beyond ridiculous.
The "well you did something but we cant tell you what" is absolute trash. If you're going to ban me from every Madden ever past, present and future the least you can do is spell out what exactly happened. Maybe my account was compromised without me knowing but their stonewalling BS makes it impossible to figure anything out. if I did somehow unknowingly break the TOS a warning would be nice maybe help me understand what is going on. Is grinding objectives against the TOS somehow? Like why even have them if so? This game/team/company is a joke, a pathetic non-funny kind of joke. I can't even blame EA. I never hear of this type of thing happening in Apex for example. Just good ol Madden football's yearly pile of screw ups. I've never seen a team have more contempt for it's users than Madden's. It's beyond sickening having played Madden since the original in the early 90s and been an avid MUT player (with no issues up until now) for nearly a decade.
