Madden 23 beta code does not work

Just Chat Support, but like the community director here, they are not very helpful. its a waste of time, trust me.

I don't understand why allowing people who pre-order your game every year access to a beta is so difficult? I understand that you probably have no say on what goes on, but its just silly at this point man. The game is stupidly unrealistic and the community help/support is even worse. EA has got to fix EVERYTHING from the ground up before 2k takes that license again, and honestly, I hope they do.

I'm sorry for ranting, once again I understand that you are most likely nothing but the messenger, but 72 hours with no email isn't just ridiculous its stupid. First come first serve? cool. Then where's mine.
