Registering for the beta did not guarantee you'd receive a code. There are some codes going out through Twitter though. More information can be found here:

Madden23 code not working
I registered for a beta code and never got one. There are so many of them that people are giving them away. But yet, signing up as one of the first, before the page went down, I didn’t get one. Now I can’t get one. Nice one EA.
