Madden 23 beta trial download does not start

I redeemed my madden 23 beta code and I’m sure it will show on my account. But it never downloaded or started a game, app or anything after redemption of the Madden Test Realm on Xbox one. Please help!!

    I even have it in my purchase history on Xbox website

    Hi, @Arxie_Loust 

    Are you able to locate the Madden Test realm under "M" when you visit My Games & Apps for games you are able to install?
