Madden 23 CFM - Spontaneously corrupting files

Summarize your bug Offline franchise files are being corrupted after completing a game, more specifically, after crashing after said game is completed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Madden CFM it could be random but it occurs multiple seasons in.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and corrupts files making them inaccessible.
What do you expect to see? I expect this not to happen while playing a regular offline connected franchise.

This is honestly, and I mean seriously, the most frustrating bug I’ve experienced from a single game in all my life, and it’s heartbreaking to say that this one recurring phenomenon is killing my overall enjoyment of not only this game but the entire madden franchise.
I’m not sure if this message will reach anyone or if any other CFM players are experiencing the same thing, but i at least want to bring it to light if no one else has yet.
I, my little brother, and my dad play in an offline connected franchise together; we’ve been doing it since madden 16 and it’s practically become a tradition for us to boot one up and draft our fantasy teams upon the release of every madden. Many memories came from these franchises, and we all respectively have invested several upon several hours into building our dynasties. It’s a competitive, fun, and exciting time of bonding for us three and I’d even consider our time playing it the pinnacle of our enjoyment together. Suffice to say, these franchises mean a lot to us.
However, recently, things have not been as smooth sailing as they have been past maddens. First off, don’t get me wrong; the new updates to CFM? Great. Love them, and although unrelated, the gameplay is more dynamic too. But what’s the purpose of any of that when you can’t even complete more than ~six seasons without the entire thing crashing and thus corrupting every file containing the franchise.
Just after playing a regular old season game. Yea. Imagine how happy me and my dad were to see that right after we played one of our two seasons games that the game has crashed and we’re no longer able to access either our autosave or save file. It’s funny; this happened one time before; after finishing the same game at the same point in that season, the game crashed and corrupted our autosave, and then we had to fallback on the save file which we last updated at week 1 of that season. Not terrible; still extremely frustrating at the time since that was a good season, but in comparison to what happened thereafter, it was nothing. Fast forward: same game, same week. We play, finish game, the game crashes. Boom. The autosave and save file are corrupted.
It’s so damning. The first words my dad said after reconciling with this phenomenon we’re, “this is heartbreaking.”
I never usually contact support or any of these questionnaire/“report system” things since I find them futile in the face of an uncaring big game company, and I have tolerated a lot of BS from this game over the years, but after this…? I had to give it a shot.
Please, look into this. There’s no way this is a thing that should be happening when we have successfully completed a 30 year simulation franchise with few difficulties in the past.
