Summarize your bug Madden Companion app won’t let me access the Auction Block…
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to access the Auction House
What happens when the bug occurs? The app tells me this feature has been disabled on my account. Please contact customer service

I am looking for help regarding issues I am having with the Madden 23 companion app. It will load my binder, but freezes when I click on an auctionable item after dimming the upcoming screen. It will not let me access the Auction House saying “Your account has been denied access to this feature. Please contact customer service for more information. I’ve called EA and didn’t get much help about 16 hours ago. I posted on Twitter asking EA Help for help last night, and again today and havn’t received a response. I am just trying to use the Auction House on my companion app, please help.

    Any answer to this? I too, am locked from the auction house on the companion app. Not sure why and EA help has been able to tell me.

    Same with me. Chatted with customer service and they couldn’t fix my issue with the companion app

    I dind it helpful to restart the app when any kind of bug comes up. Completely close it, then restart and sometimes resign in. Very annoying but helps. Still gives the error “feature not available” like when I compare players. But I try to work around it. Still crashes and restart seems like the best rather than reloading.
