Madden 23 didn't receive pack in MUT SEASONS won superbowl

I just won the Super Bowl in allstar rank in head to head seasons and I was not rewarded my coins for winning the game or my two trophy packs, how do I resolve this problem?

    I have won three super bowls and haven’t received any rewards at all. No coins or packs.
