Madden 23 didn't receive pack in MUT SEASONS won superbowl

I have won 2 super bowls and gotten zero packs for them.

I also did not receive my 87 ovr BND from the field pass

I won both super bowls today (about 6 hours ago) so there could just be a delay, but I should have received my 87 ovr BND 4 days ago
