MADDEN 23 EA issues

Question

I have recently purchased an Xbox series x since my ps4 recently broke. I download madden 23 and have yet been able to play without getting a message stating: “ATTENTION: you must be signed into Xbox network and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title. Please check your Ethernet cable. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to Xbox network and the EA servers again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.” After hitting the “press button to play” screen right as you open the app. My network and loaded up and Xbox live is up to date. I have been in party chat and even played other games so I know it isn’t a network issue. Please help.&nbsp;

Yeah very frustrating. All ea has told me was to contact Xbox support even though it is obviously an ea issue. Let me know if you find a solution.

I’m getting the exact same message, and I’m playing everything else fine even UFC 4.&nbsp;

You may just need to reboot your console and router, thanks.

@EA_Barry Didn’t fix it I’ve rebooted console, deleted and reinstalled the app. All sorts of things. I believe it is an EA issue not an Xbox issue.
