Madden 23 EA Play Pro Won't Launch on PC

I downloaded Madden yesterday and when I try to launch it it won't even show up. I tried clear cache from both Origin and EA app after I contacted EA Help but still no fix. My PC requirements are bet...

I am also getting this. I am playing through the Origin Launcher and nothing happens when I click play or use the .exe in the game folder.  I am seeing a dump file in the main folder. Also I have cloud sync turned off in the Origin Launcher as I have to use cell service hotspot for internet access.

 Disregard the comment about cloud saves. Origin will not let me turn it off due to an error that reads "sever may be temporarily offline". Attached is the dump file ...

    @Jpease1972 Can you try clearing Origin Cache and repairing the game to see if this continues?

      I have cleared the Origin Cache and Tun the Repair utility with no success.
