Madden 23 EA Play Pro Won't Launch on PC

EA Staff (Retired)Hi @Jpease1972 We've had a few recent changes with Madden 23, wanted to confirm if the game still has issues with launching from Origin? If so can you test if this happens on a new admin account on the device?
Created new admin account. Same issue. Origin minimizes, nothing for about 15 seconds, then origin pops up again and the play button is available. I have also tried launching directly from the madden23 exe file.
BTW. Game runs fine on my laptop under the same account.
- EA_Illium@Jpease1972 To confirm do you have an AV or other security software that may be running on both accounts on the device?
Whatever runs with Win11 on both laptop and PC.
