Madden 23 Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process ...

This has been going on for weeks now in ultimate team… Whenever I try to add a player to a set or try to play ANY challenges. I get an error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” 

I have restarted the game, and console and still doesn’t work.

    @EA_Illium Xbox one. I tried uninstalling it and installing and still does not work.
