Madden 23 Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process ...

Every time I attempt to do a MUT challenge I get the message “Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request At This Time. Please Try Again Later”. 

This has been occurring since the end of season 1. I have tried restarting the app countless times, and I have also waited days without playing hoping it would correct itself.

@colbyf808 I did the complete re-install on PS5 and nothing... wasted 2 hours and still now on day 4 of *zero* progress on my Comp Pass or Field Pass... wth EA
