Date/time issue occurred: October 19 2022
What were you doing when it happened? I was just doing solo challenges and moving onto the next ones. (finished legends and moving onto team diamonds and AKA)
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Exited a solo challenge from Legends.
How often does the bug occur? This happens every time I try to do any solo challenge that I have NOT completed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well for me every time I open madden 23 I go to MUT and go to solo challenges and try to load any of the ones I haven't completed once I do that for example go to team diamonds click on the first one then press play solo it loads to a purple screen then says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time..."
I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THESE STEPS BELOW ALREADY:
- Visit your Roster within Madden Ultimate Team
- Visit the Lineup Adjustment Tool on the right side
- Create a New Lineup & Change to BEST TEAM OVR
- Deactivate Superstar players from your lineup
Attempt to play a Solo Challenge game before making any adjustments to your lineup.
Did not work? Try removing/swapping out your Team Visuals and Strategy Items and play again.
- Did not work? Try power cycling your Xbox, PlayStation, or PC & reboot your network to rule out any local connectivity problems.
Nothing has worked for me also I have tried seeing if any other accounts are linked with this xbox ID and its only one which is (shinytweaker)
I have also tried outside help besides EA and nothing has worked I would appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible i cant do anything in the game to progress.
Restarted the system and got the same screen. Called EA, they once again wanted me to restart the system (like I wouldn’t have done that before calling them). I got the same screen. So they say the same thing as always. We are aware of issues and we are working on them. Your frustration is understandable. Just be patient and we will get it back working asap. No only that but other aspects of the game are working okay those until we get solo battles back up. REALLY!!!!!!! Just trying to pacify me to get me off the phone. Well I’m not a kid. I paid $100 for a game that has been trash since day one. There has not been 1 complete week that this game has worked for me. That is not a exaggeration. All the restarting and rebooting are not going to work. It’s all on EA’s end. I have done all that for weeks and none of it ever worked. Just be patient and keep losing possible rewards and packs and items that you could have won if the game worked. Don’t worry EA will not possibly think about giving their dedicated gamers any thing for their wasted time and troubles and frustration. They will give what you earned supposedly. Lol, great company we are supporting.
