UPDATE: If you want to see how I fixed my issue it is below:
Since EA can not seem to get back to anyone and this causing more and more players issues I dug into every angle I could find. It took me a few minutes to realize that the problem was with the Generate Best Lineup feature. When I do that it Madden placed my Ted Hendricks into 2 different positions which basically made my lineup invalid. After I removed the card manually and substituted a different card in I was good to go. Not sure if that will be the case for anyone else but it did fix my issues. Disappointed in Madden this year. i have been screwed out of rewards, daily challenges not counting, pack issues, etc. Sad to see the state of the game this year.
I am now on day 2 of the "Our servers cannot process your request" error message, thus making ultimate team challenges unplayable. Per a previous post here is the info

I was trying to login to MUT and got a message saying our servers cannot process your request at this time.
The last thing I did was login, get the error, restart my Xbox then get the error again.
This bug occurs every time you try to enter MUT

Go to your line up and generate new line up. Do not copy existing line up. When you get to the new line up choose generate best by ovr. Seemed to work for me

I have this message when trying to play any solo challenge for the last week. I tried restarting my PS5 and hard resetting my router, but those didn't help. Also tried to follow the strategy of creating a new lineup with best OVR and changing strategies/coach. Those didn't help either.

What was the last action you completed before it happened? Played Face of the Franchise. Which also has a problem because it reset my player progress on HB and set my level to 1. Sometimes when I play it brings me back to level 10-11, but still at preseason.
How often does the bug occur? Every time I try to play solo challenges.

What were you doing when it happened? I have tried every day. I bought the game before release day 1. First time having issue
What was the last action you completed before it happened? I don't understand the question I went to a challenge and it wouldn't let me play. Everyday. Old challenges. New ones. New ones have released since it originally started.
How often does the bug occur? Everytime
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure I honestly want a refund I don't understand how this is going to help me. I feel like this is a waste of time and puts me on a public forum where I can be made fun of for my answers.
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've tried changing my internet to wireless I've completed deleted and redownload and installed the game. I've hoped for another update on the console to see if that would fix it.

To everyone plying madden 23, it is not your PlayStation or internet/modem. It’s strictly EA sports and Madden 23. Since the game been out I have had issues. Got 2k23 3 weeks later and not a single issue, Ea customer can not help you. All they can tell you is be patient they are aware of the issue and they will be working on it. I have several screenshots and cases of issues since day 1. None has been fixed until a update. Then the update comes and the issue I previously had is working but then there will be another issue. First 2 weeks of the game none of my Solo Battle points were being recorded so I got no credit at all for those. Then there was a update. Solo battles wired for a week but MUT didn’t work I would play and it count my wins as wins and losses, then solo battles was down for a month for me . I could clearly see peoples receiving Ed’s and racking up points but I couldn’t play a single solo battle.then they so called fixed solo battles, I got to play the first 5 days then the 6th day I played 3 solo battles went to play the 4th and it froze kicked me out so I missed out on the last 5 battles.solo battles did not come up till the Monday update. I thought solo battles was not going to work because normally my battles we at always at 9:30am, Chicago time but they didn’t start till 1:30pm at it’s been like that for a month now. The field of fear came out. Was able to play and win 10 games in a row against Cpu, after the game went collect my rewards and it wouldn’t let me. At the top of the field of fear cpu it says collect rewards but it won’t let me, and on top of that since I can’t collect the rewards it won’t let me play CPU but I can play H2H. Luckily I busted my butt on H2H to complete the field of fear xp. Every issue I have had customer service has not fixed an issue yet they are worthless. It’s not my PlayStation, I have over 30 games and they all work perfectly fine except madden. It’s not my internet/modem I have the highest grade that comcast supplies, business class. All the smart tvs, tablets, phones, laptops, computers all my echo and Alexa products, PlayStations, Xbox’s, and Nintendo switches and any appliances I have connected to my internet work perfectly fine except madden. My PlayStation is hard wired to my modem so it’s not even running off Wi-Fi. It’s a EA madden issue. I feel all Madden buyers should be refunded their money for this broken game and there should be a apology to the madden family for ruining a legends name.

Hello when i try to play solo challenges on Madden Ultimate team for Xbox 9ne standard edition Gamer JoeMans73. Error message says servers cannot process your request at this time. Its only happening in solo challenges since Friday 10/21. I did all the trouble shooting through Xbox live help and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I'm still getting the same message..Please help

- 3 years ago@CC5854 I had this issue and thought was bc I was on the trial.
Nope still got it until I finally figured it out.
My auto generation had one player as a main position in two spots. I.e. my issue was in the ROLB Starter was also on line as MLB2 starter. Replaced him from mlb2 and boom. I'm working.
End result.
Check same player in two main positions. Removed or replace from that spot and should be resolved. Let me know and hope that helps.- Teonjah3 years agoRising Rookie
