UPDATE: If you want to see how I fixed my issue it is below:
Since EA can not seem to get back to anyone and this causing more and more players issues I dug into every angle I could find. It took me a few minutes to realize that the problem was with the Generate Best Lineup feature. When I do that it Madden placed my Ted Hendricks into 2 different positions which basically made my lineup invalid. After I removed the card manually and substituted a different card in I was good to go. Not sure if that will be the case for anyone else but it did fix my issues. Disappointed in Madden this year. i have been screwed out of rewards, daily challenges not counting, pack issues, etc. Sad to see the state of the game this year.
I am now on day 2 of the "Our servers cannot process your request" error message, thus making ultimate team challenges unplayable. Per a previous post here is the info

I was trying to login to MUT and got a message saying our servers cannot process your request at this time.
The last thing I did was login, get the error, restart my Xbox then get the error again.
This bug occurs every time you try to enter MUT

Go to your line up and generate new line up. Do not copy existing line up. When you get to the new line up choose generate best by ovr. Seemed to work for me
